Vision The East–West Dialogue Association is built on the belief that direct human encounters are one of the most powerful ways to create understanding, trust, and meaningful connections between people from different cultures.
We strive to promote an open, attentive, and inclusive society based on personal relationships, shared learning, and mutual respect. At the heart of our work is the commitment to connect diverse groups within Israeli society, while strengthening ongoing relationships with partners in Europe and the East through education, dialogue, and shared experiences.
Core Values
Human Encounter We believe that personal connection creates real change. Direct encounters allow people to see beyond stereotypes, develop empathy, and build trust over time.
Shared Society
Our work brings together young people from different backgrounds within Israeli society — religious and secular Jews, Druze, Arab citizens, Christians, and others — based on the belief that a strong society grows from mutual recognition and respect.
Education
Education is our central tool for long-term impact. Through delegations, seminars, workshops, and group encounters, we encourage open dialogue, critical thinking, shared learning, and social responsibility.
Israel–Europe–East Connection
The association works to strengthen human and educational connections between Israel, Europe, and the East. These international relationships expand perspectives, encourage cultural understanding, and build lasting partnerships grounded in dialogue.
