East–West Dialogue has grown over the years through the work of dedicated educators, facilitators, partners, and volunteers who believe in the power of human encounters to create meaningful change. The initiative was shaped by educational teams from Israel and Germany who worked together to develop youth delegations, intercultural programs, and long-term learning partnerships.

Leadership Today

The association is led by Israeli educators who continue to guide its educational activity, international partnerships, and the development of new initiatives, in cooperation with partner organizations abroad.

Alumni Community

Beyond the teams, hundreds of young participants have taken part in delegations and programs over the years. Many have maintained personal connections formed during the encounters, and some continue to be involved in educational and community initiatives inspired by their experience.
