We design and lead programs that bring people together across East and West cultures through real human encounter.
Our work combines dialogue, shared experience, and long-term educational processes — creating meaningful connections between individuals, communities, and societies.
At the heart of our activity since 1999 are international youth delegations.
These are not study trips — but shared journeys of dialogue, learning, and human connection.
Young people from diverse backgrounds in Israel meet their peers from Europe and take part in meaningful encounters that shape how they see themselves and others.
Participants take part in structured educational seminars based on experiential learning:
Intercultural dialogue workshops
Group activities and collaborative learning
Meetings with local youth
Educational and cultural programs
Visits to historical and social sites
Creative activities through art, discussion, and movement
One of the most meaningful aspects of the delegations is everyday life together.
Participants:
Stay with host families
Share meals
Spend informal time as a group
Experience daily life in another culture
These moments create deep personal bonds beyond the formal program.
The delegations also create encounters within Israeli society itself —
bringing together Jewish (religious and secular), Muslim, Christian, Druze, and diverse communities.
These meetings provide a rare space for dialogue, mutual learning, and understanding.
For many participants, the delegation becomes a life-shaping experience:
Building international friendships
Expanding personal perspectives
Strengthening social awareness
Developing listening and dialogue skills
Many of these connections continue for years.
Alongside delegations, we lead a wide range of educational and intercultural projects developed over more than two decades of collaboration.
These projects bring together youth, educators, and communities through dialogue, learning, and shared experience.
Joint programs between youth from Israel, Germany, and Poland, including:
Group work
Family hosting
Community meetings
Educational and creative workshops
Projects exploring key questions:
Who am I?
Where do I come from?
How does history shape identity?
How do I see others?
Through dialogue and creative work, participants deepen their self-understanding and their ability to understand others.
Meetings between educators, facilitators, and institutions focused on:
Sharing knowledge
Developing educational approaches
Strengthening cooperation
Programs focused on history and its connection to identity and present-day realities.
Participants engage with different narratives, visit significant sites, and reflect on complex questions.
Art is used as a tool for dialogue and expression:
Photography
Theatre
Writing
Group creative processes
Creative work allows participants to communicate beyond words.
Across all programs, one element remains central:
Living, learning, and experiencing together.
This shared reality creates trust, connection, and lasting relationships.
